Our MISSION at Thomas Pediatrics is to “Provide Compassionate and Comprehensive care to children from birth into early adulthood” and our GOAL is to build long-lasting relationships with all our families. We believe that together with our families, our medical team can help children achieve optimal physical and mental health as they grow and mature into productive adults.
During your visit, you can be assured that your child is in excellent hands with our friendly, caring and competent staff, who are always willing to help and guide you in all matters pertaining to the health of your children. We offer routine annual checkups, sports physicals, treatment of different acute and chronic illnesses, and the evaluation of complex medical conditions. In addition to her extensive medical experience, Dr. Thomas has been trained at Columbia University Hospital by Project TEACH to treat children with ADHD and other Mental Health Disorders.
Thomas Pediatrics is also proud to announce that we launched the first, Physician-supervised Nutritional Program for kids in 2019. This program incorporates extensive Diet and Lifestyle modifications, in order to help families with children who are above the normal percentiles for their weight. Our team includes a professional Dietitian who is highly trained to provide the best dietary advice required for the family and is also a master chef herself. Dr. Thomas will also evaluate and treat any associated weight-related medical problems present.
